​Anthony has embarked on a profound journey, dedicating his life to encouraging men to openly discuss their mental health challenges. Through his “Never Throw in the Towel Project,” Anthony has created a platform which fosters candid conversations, aiming to dismantle the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.​

Notably, Anthony had the honour of standing on stage with Amazon’s CEO, Andy Jassy, to present the ‘Amazon Door Desk and Just Do It awards’, reflecting his commitment to promoting mental well-being within diverse professional settings.

Feed your brain with solid nutrition
